The invention relates to a method for the production of a catalyst carrier, wherein Zirconium dioxide powder is mixed with a binding agent, optionally a pore forming agent, optionally an acid, water and optionally other additives to form a kneadable mass, said mass is homogenized in order to form shaped bodies, dried and calcinated. The binding agent is a monomer, oligomer or polymer organosilicon compound.Suitable binding agents are monomer, oligomer or polymer silanes, alkoxysilanes, aryloxysilanes, acryloxysilanes, oximinosilanes, halogensilanes, aminoxysilanes, aminosilanes, amidosilanes, silazanes or silicones. The invention also relates to a catalyst carrier thus produced, a catalyst containing said carrier and the use thereof as a dehydrogenation catalyst.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un support de catalyseur, selon lequel on mélange de la poudre de dioxyde de zirconium avec un liant, éventuellement un agent porogène, éventuellement un acide, de l'eau et éventuellement d'autres additifs pour former une masse pétrissable. La masse est homogénisée, puis façonnée, séchée puis calcinée, ledit liant étant un organosilicié monomère, oligomère ou polymère. Selon l'invention, les liants appropriés sont les silanes monomères, oligomères ou polymères, les alcoxy-silanes, les aryloxy-silanes, les acryloxy-silanes, les oximino-silanes, les halogènures de silanes, les aminoxy-silanes, les amino-silanes, les amido-silanes, les silazanes ou les silicones. L'invention concerne également le support de catalyseur, un catalyseur obtenu selon le procédé, qui contient ledit support ainsi que son utilisation en tant que catalyseur de déshydrogénation.
