REINFORCED CONTAINER FOR BULK MATERIALS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A reinforced receptacle for bulk materials is constructed from a two-ply plastic tube having a reinforced sheet wrapped and overlapped about the two-ply plastic tube. The reinforced sheet is adhesively secured to the two-ply tube, and the lower end of the two-ply tube is folded and adhesively secured together to form a folded satchel bottom for the receptacle. The upper end of the two-ply tube is gathered and clamped to provide structure for lifting the receptacle. 11
