PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION : L'invention a pour objet la préparation d'acides pyrimidin-6-yl acéthydroxamiques de formule générale I: Image (I) dans laquelle R désigne un radical aminocarbonylphényl dont le groupement amino peut être primaire ou tertiaire et appartient, dans ce dernir cas, à un radical hétérocyclique choisi parmi les suivants: pyrrolidino, pipéridino et morpholino; et Ar représente un noyan phényl substitué par un atome d'halogène choisi entre le chlore et la fluor, par un groupement trifluo- rométhyl par un radical méthylènedioxy, ou par un ou plusieurs groupements méthoxy, obtenus en faisant réagir un ester acéti- que de formule II : Image (II) sur le chlorohydrate d'hydroxylamine de formule III : NH2 OH, HCl (III) R et Ar ayant dans la formule II la même signification que dans la formule I. Les composés selon la présente invention, présentent des propriétés vasodilatatrices, anti-ulcéreuses, analeptiques respiratoires, hypotensives, diurétiques, anti- dépressives, analgésiques, anti-inflammatoires et neurotropes.
