ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A step-to-impulse conversion circuit for convert- ing a step input into an impulse output is disclosed which may eliminate the use of capacitors and comprises a combination of four transistors or three transistors, one thyristor and one diode with resistors so that the fabrication of monolithic integrated circuits may be much facilitated.
