Abstract of the Disclosure Novel herbicidally active phenoxy-alkyloxazolines, of the formula Image are disclosed, wherein A is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro the amido or thiamido radical, B is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C is halogen, cyano, nitro or trifluoromethyl, amido or thiamido, D is halogen, cyano or nitro, n is 0, 1 or 2, R1, R2 and R3, independently are hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl and X is oxygen, sulfur, sulfinyl or sulfonyl.
