ABSTRACT A kit for maing a cable clamp including two hermaphroditic housing parts with stuffer-receiving recesses and a plurality of stuffers each stuffer having ridged arcuate and flat cable-engaging faces on opposite sides. The housing parts are adapted to be attached together and to a connector with the stuffers in the recesses so that the housing parts define together a cable-receiving passage with the stuffers defining between then a cable-clamping opening. The stuffers may be of different configuration or provided with resilient means enabling a range of cable sizes to be accommodated by a single kit.
