ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A plate member containing a restrictive orifice is used in pipe lines carrying vapor under pressure to control the drainage of condensate from the pipe lines with a minimum loss of vapor. A filtering element is located adjacent the plate member in the pipe line to prevent deleterious material from clogging the orifice.
