Sanitary mixing valve Abstract In a single-handle sanitary mixing fitting with control elements consisting of at least two discs, one of which is configured as a stationary valve seat disc and has two inlet openings for cold and hot water, and an outlet opening, while the second disc is placed movably on the valve seat disc and is equipped with a mixing chamber opening, with the inlet openings in the valve seat disc having a reduced cross section over a partial area, and the reductions in cross section being located symmetrically with respect to one another in the valve seat disc, implementation of a comfort zone by means of reductions in cross section at the inlet openings of the valve seat disc is designed to be more easily achievable. For this purpose, provisions are made for the valve seat disc (6) to have inserts (24) with orifices (25) for the hot and cold water, located in portions of the inlet openings (21, 22).
