ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A material intended to form a joint between at least two bodies on the outside of their interface, at least one of the bodies being deformable, is characterized by the following features: (a) it is formed of a fluid mixture having a viscosity, measured at normal temperature, of from 0.3 Pa?s to 700 Pa?s; (b) a dry extract of the fluid mix- ture, measured at normal temperature and pressure, is from 20% by weight to 80%, by weight, based on the weight of the fluid mixture; (c) the dry extract of the fluid mixture comprises an elastomer fraction at least 20% by weight of which elastomer fraction is formed of at least one un- saturated elastomer capable of cross-linking either at ambient temperature or by heating for a period of time of less than one minute And methods for producing assemblies with this material, consisting, for instance, of manufac- turing, repairing or recapping a tire. And assemblies obtained by these methods.
