ABSTRACT A folding cot-chair with a reversible back rest and sun shade capable of being folded into a compact bundle for storage or transportation. The pivotal connections permit facile erection and folding of the assembly and the back rest connectors permit detaching and reversal of the back rest for use of the assembly as a chair, cot or chaise lounge. A sun shade may be pivotally mounted on the back rest or on the cot-chair.
