ABSTRACT An oxidation and heat stabilizer for synthetic resins which is a mixture of a 1,3,5-tris{2-[3-(3-t-butyl-4-hydroxy-5- methylphenyl)-propionyloxy]ethyl}isocyanuric acid (I) and at least one sulfur-containing compound (II) selected from: Image (II-1) wherein R1 is an alkyl group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and Image (II-2) wherein R2 is an alkyl group having 3 to 18 carbon atoms, and R3 and R4 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, in the ratio (I):(II) of 1:0.5-15 by weight.
