SPECIFICATION Title of the Invention: Highly Weather-Resistant Electrodeposition Coating Composition Abstract of the Disclosure: Disclosed is a highly weather-resistant electrodeposition coating composition which is obtained by neutralizing a mixture of an acrylic polycarboxylic resin having an acid value of from 30 to 100 and fluorocarbon polymers with ammonia or an organic amine, melting point of said fluorocarbon polymers being not higher than a heating temperature for curing a film formed from the electrodeposition coating composition, and which is preferably applied to aluminum building materials.
