Each couple of blades lays down a sheet-like element on a packet to be formed, on its turn supported by fins carried by belts or chains vertically moving downward, starting from the counter-rotating bodies and synchronically with the latter, in such a way that the packet to be formed lowers until the desired number of elements is received, and it is then ejected parallely to the axes of said rotating bodies.
