ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A well head (1) has a flow controlling device which comprises a needle (30, 40) which is arranged between two cham- bers of reduced pressure (17, 18) which are connected to a canalisation network and to the well respectively. A hydraulic survey device (80) permits the evacuation of condensed water without incurring a modification of the reduced pressure. Such well heads may be used for progressive wells for the exploitation of biogas generated by deposit of household waste. FIGURE 1.
