ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A new tent construction employs four first wall-forming triangular shaped panels and four second wall-and-roof forming trapezoidal panels seamed together. Thus, the first panels are disposed with their apices uppermost, each panel being folded about a longitudinal line constituting the respective wall corner. Each second panel comprises a wall triangular portion disposed with its apex downwards, and a roof triangular portion disposed with its apex upwards and inwards, the junction of these two triangular portions constituting the wall horizontal upper edge or eave. Thus, the tent corners and eaves are formed by folds and not by seams, and the seams are only in flat panels resulting in a strong construction. If made in panels of complementary colours an attractive appearance is also achieved.
