Elle concerne aussi la composition anti-bactérienne conditionnée selon ce procédé. Cette composition contient un mélange intime de lactoperoxydase, de thiocyanate et d'un donneur d'oxygène natif, qui peut être un peroxyde ou un système enzymatique oxydant. Selon l'invention, le peroxyde ou l'un des composants du système enzymatique oxydant utilise sous forme de granules est isolé matériellement du reste de la composition au moyen d'une couche d'une matière hydrosoluble ou perméable en milieu aqueux.
