ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is described a distance measuring shoe including an upper shoe portion, a sole, a signal generating wafer switch for producing a signal upon the application of a thres- hold pressure thereto, a signal counter disposed within the upper portion of the shoe actuatable in response to the signals from the signal generating switch for measuring distances traversed, a display for the output of the signal counter indi- cative of the distances traversed, a flexible conductor extend- ing between the signal generating switch and the signal counter and a reset switch for resetting the signal counter.
