ABSTRACT Improvements in braking systems, particularly servo actuated braking systems, are disclosed wherein a valve which is movable either axially or rotationally is adapted to cut off, either partially or totally, a passage port of the operating fluid medium from the inlet to the exhaust, whereby the position and movement of the valve creates a variable pressure in the fluid which is transmitted to the brakes of a vehicle such as an agricultural tractor or trailer.
