ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention comprises a compound of the formula: Image in which R1 is alkylsulfonamido of 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R2 is alkyl of 2 to 6 carbon atoms; R3 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R4 is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and n is one of the integers 2, 3 or 4; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof useful as antiarrhythmic agents as well as thee preparation and use.
