ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE PROCESS FOR THE SEPARATION OF LYMPHOCYTE ACTIVATING FACTORS FROM AN INCUBATION MEDIUM OF CELL PO- PULATIONS, PARTICULARLY FROM A GRANULOCYTE-MACROPHAGIC LINE, BY AN ANTIGEN-ANTIBODY REACTION UTILIZING ANTI-MDP ANTIBODIES The invention relates to a process for the separation or purification of a factor, having lymphocyte activating properties and, as the case may be, pyrogenic- endogenous properties. It comprises contacting said medium with anti-MDP antibodies and recovering either the complex then formed of said factor and of the anti-MDP antibodies or the medium then substantially freed from said factor.
