MAGNETIC DISK CARTRIDGE HAVING RECORD TRACK INDICATING MEANS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A magnetic disc cartridge having a jacket which contains a rotatable magnetic disk of the type havinhaving a hub member which receives a rotatable drive shaft which rotatably drives the magnetic disk. The cartridge is comprised of a jacket having an opening therein through which the rotatable drive shaft passes. When the disk is rotated, information may be recorded in a plurity of circular tracks thereon. The disk also is provided with an indicator for indicating the number of tracks in which information signals already have been recorded.
