EMO:sa P/3251 REUSABLE ASSAY FOR MULTISITE ANTIGENS Abstract of the Disclosure Assay for multisite antigens, in particular, hTSH wherein a sample containing the antigen is contacted with radiolabeled binder for the antigen to provide a mixture of free radiolabeled binder and radiolabeled binder complexed with the antigen. The free and bound radiolabeled antibody are separated by contact with a binder for the antigen complexed with the radiolabeled binder, and at least one of the bound and free radiolabeled antibody is counted. The complex may be eluted from the binder by an eluting liquid buffered to a pH of no greater than 3Ø
