ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a process of preparing isocyanuric esters by catalytic isomerization of the corresponding cyanurates in the absence of a solvent that dissolves in the isocyanuric esters. As catalysts there are applied onium or inium salts such as quaternary ammonium and phosphonium compounds. In particular, the present process is applied in preparing triallyl isocyanurate.
