Abstract Electro-pneumatic Converter Telescoping coil systems 14 and 16, respectively, engages a Z-shaped beam of balance 12 at opposite arms 18 and 20 thereof said beam being mounted centrally by a flexural pivot suspension l0. A surface 26 is provided on the arm 18 and forms a nozzle-baffle-plate system with the nozzle 22. The torque caused by the pneumatic pressure acting on the surface of the nozzle 22 is compensated for by a torque exerted by the two telescoping coil systems 14 and 16 when an electrical current is passed through. Thereby the pressure at an output 28 is proportional to the electrical current.
