SEMI-TRAILER TRANSFER AND DUMP UNIT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dumping trailer for trucks comprises a frame and a first dump box for carrying loads. The first dump box has a front end with an upwardly and inwardly pivotable gate. There is a pivotal connection between the first dump box and the frame near the back end thereof. A first extendible fluid cylinder is mounted on the frame below the first dump box and is connected to the first dump box so extension thereof raises the first dump box about the pivotal connection to dump a load. A second dump box is normally positioned between the front end of the frame and the first dump box. A second extendible fluid cylinder is mounted on the frame between the front end thereof and the front of the second dump box and is connectable to the front of the second dump box so extension thereof moves the second dump box towards the first dump box until the back end of the second dump box upwardly pivots the gate of the first dump box and the second dump box is then telescopically received within the first dump box for dumping by the first cylinder.
