ABSTRACT The invention relates to a catheter button for sewing the exterior end of a tube surgically inserted in body tissue. The catheter button has a non-metallic body portion having a central opening extending therethrough. A metallic marker is integral with the body portion and a coupling element is provided for integrally holding the metallic marker on the exterior of the button body.
