ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A bearing segment for a rotatable and tiltable anti-friction shoe has a stationary bearing pin supported by a fixed base and a radial ball and socket joint coupling the pin and the shoe. The joint has an inner bearing ring supported by the pin and an outer bearing ring carried by the inner bearing ring and supporting the shoe, the inner and outer rings having confronting arcuate surfaces enabling limited relative spherical movement therebetween.
