ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a stable pharmaceutical preparation which comprises a compound of the formula Image its salt or hydrate thereof, sulfur compound capable of producing one of the ions selected from HS03-, S032- and S2052-, and L- cysteine hydrochloride. A process for producing the pharmaceutical preparation comprises combining the compound with a sulfur compound capable of producing HS03-, S032- or S2052- and L- cysteine hydrochloride.
