Abstract Chemical Compounds Compounds of general formula I Image (I) (wherein A represents a sulphur atom, or an SO, SO2, R-N=S or R-N=SO group wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or an acyl group, D represents an alkylene group, R1 represents an alkyl, phenylalkyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl group, R2 and R3 are independently selected from hydrogen atoms or phenyl, alkyl or cycloalkyl groups, R4 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, R5 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or a nitro or alkyl group and R6 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or an alkyl group), having valuable pharmacological properties, particularly an antithrombotic activity. The compounds of general formula I may be prepared by the processes used for analogous compounds, and examples of such processes are described.
