ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A continuous series of envelopes, each envelope including front and back plies sealed together and an insert material positioned inside the envelope such that areas on which information is to be imprinted are in registry with specific areas on the outer surface of the envelope. A tear strip, severable from the remainder of the envelope, is provided at one end of the envelope. The free end of the insert material extends to the tear strip region of the envelope while the other end of the insert material is firmly affixed to the envelope by an adhesive means disposed within and separate from the glue lines forming an edge seal around the perimeter of the envelope. The edges of the insert ply are all spaced inwardly from the glue lines forming the perimeter seal of the envelope. A line of weakening is provided on the insert ply to permit the information portion thereof to be easily separated from the end attached to the envelope ply. The insert ply is there- by secured to the envelope ply and maintained in alignment to insure that the desired information will be printed in specific information areas provided on the insert ply housed within a pocket formed within the envelope.
