TARGET LOCATING DISPLAY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A target locating display for use by a gunner to indicate the direction of a target upon reception of a signal from a commander location which represents the direction of the target from a sensor. The display provides a compass sector mark which alerts the gunner to point his weapon in that direction, and an aiming indicator which indicates on a pair of light emitting diodes whether the weapon is aimed to either side or at the target. Circuitry provides an automatic parallax correction. The display can be located up to, for example 500 meters from the commander.
