ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A process of preparing a hybridoma secreting oncofetal-specific monoclonal antibodies, which comprises: (a) immunizing an animal with immunizing amounts of a non-proliferating syngeneic mid-gestation fetal cell preparation; (b) isolating immunized animal lymphocytes; and (c) fusing the lymphocytes under appropriate fusion conditions with an immortalizing cell line to thereby obtain the hybridoma.
