A PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FIBERGLASS MATS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention is directed to a process for the production of fiberglass mats by binding fiberglass with binders based on aqueous polyisocyanate emulsions which do not contain waterglass. The polyisocyanates are preferably rendered hydrophilic by reaction with a compound containing a lateral or terminal nonionic hydrophilic group. The present invention is also directed to the fiberglass mats produced by this process.
