ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The composition described herein is a polyurethane derived from the reaction of a polyether diol, such as poly- tetrahydrofuran diol, having a number average molecular weight of 1,000-4,000, preferably about 2,000, with a polyether diisocyanate prepolymer, the amount of diol re- presenting about 5-20 percent of the combined weight of diol and prepolymer, with simultaneous chain extension with a diamine curing agent. The product has improved dynamic properties, such as Texus Flex and cut growth resistance with a minimum loss of other properties such as tensile and modulus strengths as compared to other comparable polyurethane systems.
