ABSTRACT A pressure vessel for dispensing a liquid under pressure at a substantially uniform rate which includes an outer housing having a removable hollow cover which engages the remainder of the housing in pressure-tight relationship, and a receptacle within the housing for receiving a liquid to be dispensed. A flexible conduit extends into the receptacle and is arranged to deliver liquid from the receptacle through the cover to a supply hose. A compressor is disposed within the housing, in combination with an electric motor which drives the same. A pressure sensor is positioned to sense the air pressure acting on the contents of the receptacle and functions to operate a switch means controlling operation of the electric motor in response to pressure conditions prevailing in the receptacle.
