ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a fluid-treatment apparatus for use with a housing containing a waste-bearing fluid. A network of interconnected tubes, within an aquarium, have a plurality of through-bores, through which water may engage. A fluid-treatment station is operatively connected to the network of tubes for transforming the waste-bearing water into a purified water. The station includes a treatment chamber, an electrically-powered suction fan to draw the aquarium water through the bores and tubes into the treatment chamber, and an outlet for returning the thereby purified water into the housing.
