PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Un procédé de valorisation de molybdène sous la forme de MoO3 anhydre, comportant l'attaque alcaline à chaud de matériaux molybdénifères sous une forme divisée, la séparation d'une phase liquide, résultant de l'attaque et contenant le molybdène solubilisé, d'une phase solide constituée par les stériles, puis le traitement de la phase liquide pour en extraire le molybdène. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que, selon une combinaison nouvelle, on attaque les matériaux molybdénifères au moyen d'une li- queur aqueuse de carbonate, bicarbonate ou hydroxyde alca- lins, puis, on acidifie la phase liquide alcaline résultant de l'attaque et la porte ensuite à une température d'au moins 120°C, en provoquant la précipitation de MoO3 anhydre.
