A first conduit (30a,30b) in fluid communication with the bypass passage (44) for defining a first inlet port (30a) and a first outlet port (30b) adapted to communicate coolant to an external device. A second conduit (30c,30d), in communication with the chamber (44) defining a second inlet (30c) adapted to receive flow from the external device and a second outlet (30d). The valve body further including a first seating surface disposed about an upstream end of the bypass passage (44) and a second seating surface (48) disposed about the second inlet (30c), and a bypass valve (60), rotatable from a first position in sealing engagement with the first seating surface (46) to a second position in sealing engagement with the second seating surface (48), and an actuator (24), for rotating the bypass valve from the first position to the second position in response to control signals.
