Abstract of the Disclosure A thermosetting powder coating composition which has good handling properties and which has a good blend of physical properties such as appearance, flexibility, hardness, solvent resistance, corro- sion resistance and exterior durability is disclosed. The composition comprises a co-reactable particulate mixture of an acid group- containing acrylic polymer; an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid containing from 4 to 20 carbon atoms per molecule and/or a polymeric polyan- hydride and a beta-hydroxyalkylamide crosslinking agent.
