ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a modified polyolefine which has good adhesion to metals and to polar substances. The polyolefine is admixed with or grafted to fumaric acid. The fumaric acid may be added at about 0.01-20%, preferably 0.01-1% of the polyolefine weight, while the preferred polyolefine is an ethylene copolymer.
