ABSTRACT Cyclobutanone oximes, and processes for their preparation, of the general formula Image in which X1 represents halogen, hydrogen, C1-C4 alkoxy, or C1-C4 alkylthio and n represents an integer of 1 to 5 (with certain provisos) are described. These compounds find use as intermediates in preparing the corresponding cyclobutanone oxime carbamates, which are pesticides.
