Abstract A Process for Assembling and/or Dismantling an Element Construction, in particular a Wall and/or Ceiling Structure, as well as an Element Construction for Use in this Process Using this process, element constructions are erected using building block elements (1, 2); bracing elements (32, 118, 48, 119) pass through these in the pre-assembled stage. The building block elements (1, 2) with the bracing elements (32, 118, 48, 119) are set in the final installed position and braced with the couplers (126). The tensile or contractive forces that occur are transmitted exclusively by the bracing elements (32, 118, 48, 119). At least one of the building block elements can be inserted into an opening, the dimension of which--viewed in the direction of insertion--correspond to the dimensions of this building block element.
