Abstract A hollow fiber reverse osmosis permeator separation unit capable of producing over 100,000 gallons per day of processed water. The hollow fibers are spirally wound on a hollow core creating bundle of fiber lengths. Each of the fiber lengths pass through a tubesheet which is drilled with a hole pattern that cuts through all of the hollow fibers.
