RECLINING INFINITELY VARIABLE SEAT LATCH WITH DUAL LOCKING MECHANISMS APPARATUS AND METHOD Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention provides an apparatus and method of utilization of the same of a recliner seat latch which is infinitely adjustable and pawl locking mechanisms. A preferred embodiment of the present invention utilizes a torsional spring to allow infinite adjustment and also has a backup pawl member which engages directly with the clutch gear of the seat latch assembly.
