ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Substituted 1,2,3-triazino[4',5':4,5]thieno[2,3- b]quinolin-4(3H)-ones useful as antiallergic agents are described herein. The compounds are prepared by the reaction of an appropriate substituted 3-aminothieno- [2,3-b]quinoline-2-carboxamide with sodium nitrite in an acid such as acetic acid.
