Title: "ELECTROLUMINESCENT LIGHTING PANEL CIRCUIT AND PROCESS" Abstract. Described is a process and an apparatus for the generation of high light intensity electroluminescence. The combination of electroluminescent cells triggered using solid state circuits. More specifically, described is the use of solid state blocking oscillator circuits in conjunction with electroluminescent lighting panels which, when in operation, have high diffuse light intensities when operated using standard line alternating current power sources, or high frequency alternating current power sources or direct current power sources.
