A B S T R A C T A one piece form is provided which is foldable sequentially longitudinally by panels which provide the front and back of a mailing article, its contents and often a return envelope. All printing individual or peculiar to the original recipient appears on one side of the form which side is the outside of each sequential fold. In most applications the form will be printed by a word processor, computer printer or auto- matic typewriter.
