ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A water deflector and venting apparatus comprising sheets with a polymer coating applied to both sides, treated to accept or release adhesive, an adhesive applied to one side of the sheets, the sheets being supplied in a stacked fashion for easy separation and application; the sheets may comprise a vent with an aperture over which is placed a Mylar ? flap for hinge-like operation, which is operable to allow air to pass in one direction upon pressurization of the automobile interior. Added sealing capability between the Mylar flap and the vent sheet may be achieved through the application of a foam layer between the sheet and the Mylar flap.
