ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A berry picking cart comprising a pivoting chute having a comb member at it forward end for picking up the berries from low plants. The chute is pivotally supported between a pair of wheel. A handle for driving the cart extends rearwardly. A hand operated mecha- nism tilts the chute rearwardly to let the picked berries slide in a container. The mechanism is an articulated parallelogram arrangement using the handle and a lever in combination with a rod connected to the pivoting chute.
