ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for recovering or discharging the con- tents in containers such as beer bottles or the like comprises a case supporting means, a plurality of recovery pipes, control valve means, air supply source and a recovery tank. The case supporting means is lifted toward the recovery pipes so that the lower end portions of the pipes are inserted into the containers respectively. At this time, each control valve is so actuated that the air supply source is communicated with said container to exert pressure on the surface of the content of the container.
